Terms of Service

1. Who can use BingeTok

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. If you are between 13 and 16, you may only use BingeTok with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian. By using the Service you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at support@bingetok.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. The free plan and BingeTok Pro

BingeTok is free to use for browsing, rating titles, and maintaining a watchlist. BingeTok Pro is an optional paid subscription ($4.99/month, billed in USD) that unlocks smart AI-powered recommendations, Tonight's Pick, and unlimited custom lists.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
• You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep Pro access until then, and you won't be charged again.
• No refunds. By subscribing, you request immediate access to digital content and expressly agree to waive any statutory right of withdrawal (including the EU 14-day cooling-off period for digital subscriptions) that would otherwise apply once the subscription has started. This does not affect any other consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
• We may change Pro pricing or features going forward; we'll notify active subscribers in advance.

4. Content and recommendations

Movie, TV, and anime information (titles, artwork, descriptions, streaming availability) is sourced from The Movie Database (TMDB) and JustWatch. We don't control this data and can't guarantee it's accurate, complete, or up to date — streaming availability in particular changes constantly and may be wrong at the time you view it.

Tonight's Pick and Smart Mode use AI to generate suggestions based on your input and rating history. These are automated suggestions, not professional advice, and may occasionally be irrelevant or inaccurate.

5. Affiliate links

"Watch Now" buttons may link to third-party streaming services through affiliate programs. We may earn a commission if you sign up or make a purchase through these links, at no extra cost to you. This never affects which titles we show you.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract our data or source code beyond normal use of the app.
• Use automated tools to create accounts or abuse the recommendation system.
• Interfere with the Service's operation or attempt to bypass Pro-tier restrictions without payment.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Termination

You can stop using BingeTok and delete your account at any time by contacting support@bingetok.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

BingeTok is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that recommendations will meet your expectations.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to BingeTok is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. If changes are material, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify active users. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you retain the protections of any mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence.
